Lt Col Sanjay Mishra was commissioned into the Army Air Defence in 1987 and served the Indian Army for over 20 years. During his distinguished career, he held several critical Positions, including four years as a Group Testing Officer (GTO) at the Services Selection Board (SSB), where he assessed and mentored countless candidates aspiring to join the armed forces.

Post his military career, he transitioned into the corporate world, taking on leadership roles with global giants like IBM, Accenture, and Genpact for 18 years. Despite his corporate success, his commitment to nurturing future leaders of the Defence forces remained undiminished.

Now retired from his professional career, Lt Col Mishra dedicates himself exclusively to preparing Defence Service aspirants for success. Through his personalized coaching, he equips candidates with the skills, confidence, and mindset required to excel in the rigorous SSB selection process.
